my country!!!!

it's Malaysia's 49th today. so, i'll dedicate a lil' of my space to her. well, since i AM a M'sian, n hey! am very proud to be one too. so far, we've pulled through all the difficulties togather as a united nation... suffered through tough times, enjoyed the bliss of fortunate times.... yeah, i gotta hand it to those ppl who've put in years of sweat and toil to getting us where we are now. i sure am proud of you, n i'm pretty sure that all of m'sia is too. of course.. i don't understand fully the meaning of achieving independance cos heck! born too late. but i'm glad that at least i got to reap the pleasures that tunku and gang sowed years n years ago. ok, so maybe now i won't complain so much about having to learn sejarah. a small price to enjoying a penjajahan-free life, right?

anyway, what i'm really trying to say (amidst the ramblings) is HAPPY BIRTHDAY MALAYSIA!!!!! and i love you. honestly, shouldn't it be happy b'day persekutuan tanah melayu? cos if you've been diligent in studying our 'beloved' txt bk, malaysia (as in gabungan sabah dan sarawak) wasn't formed until 16 sep 1963 (if i'm not mistaken). ok, i think i'm coming down with chronic have-been-studying disease.

how did i spend my merdeka.....?

well, besides studying and doing add maths hw n going to add maths tuition n later going for add maths extra class..... i had such a blast. really. was supposed to have a haircut today but the hairdresser pkk-ed out on me (translation: she wasn't around) so didn't go. quite an uneventful day, blame the exams. it's the exam season (oh joy!) and believe me, everyone's catching the fever. and what more, spm is a lot less than a hundred days away.

and i'm sick, sick, sick... of studying. can't wait for it to be all over.
