the aftermath ==> lessons in life

growin up is more den i can handle dis days. n it's NOT all dat fun. actualli, it SUCKS!! but, i guess da core of da prob is me. man, i've got sum serious growin up 2 do. my maturity jz doesn't justify my age. wut i mean is dat i've gotta start actin my age... ie... handlin responsibilities, think less childishly, relate 2 other ppl betta... which brings 2 my attn, a story which made me realise dat i am rather childish; in manner n thoughts, actions n deeds. dat, n oso da fact dat unknowingly, mt immatureness has caused sum1 2 be hurt. b4 i continue wiv my tale, i jz wanna say dat 1 shudden blame 1's parents 4 wut 1 has bcum. dey (da parents) do play a part in mouldin da outer layers but deep within da person, is 1self. U are wut U are. da best parents haf da worst kids. n vice versa. so, dun blame my parents 4 wtv dat i do wrong. it's ME, nt dem.

da story ====>
well, one day, nt too long ago, no, actualli vry recently... there was dis group of frens dat went out for a movie n all dat. in dis group, dere was an adult n oso a gal; stranger 2 most of da group cept 4 de adult n da person's child. so, after da movie dey grouped outside da cinema n durin sum smalltalk among da frens... dey happened 2 mention sumthin in a way dat offended da new person unknowinli. anyway, no 1 knew dat da person was insulted until da nxt day wen de adult heard it from dat person's parents abt da slight n called a memba of da group 2 reprimand dem 4 their behaviour.

I was one of dem

n i'm ashamed of dat. we were guilty of 2 offences.
1. dat we didn't make any effort 2 make her feel welcome.
2. dat we shudden haf sed wtv it was dat we sed dat made her feel offended. but dat, was realli intentionally.

but, in our defense... she shudden haf made such a big fuss ova a slight matter. my frens wudden. wtv it is... i noe dis has been a real eye-opener 4 me. i'll try 2 change, realli, i will. so, i'm hopin, no, i noe it's my duty as da "guilty" party 2 make things rite wiv her. i gotta.
