this and that

qian, mel and i were contemplating the moon last night after bible study. everyone had gone and we were waiting for somebody. you know those cartoons with a full round moon and a cute cloud below it? yeah it was exactly like that. breathtaking. i wished i could reach out and touch it.

then the clouds changed their shape.

i wouldn't mind waiting for the bus under such pretty trees

haha yes that was just random. i feel like writing, but my thoughts are unconnected and so... this is going to be an unconnected post.



col is... tolerable still. i expected to have a mountain of work and be super busy... but surprisingly, it's still bearable. i want to relax but then, i'm afraid to cos i don't want to save all my work til the last minute and go crazy then. 1 month and 1 week more to sweet sweet hols. i really need them. i'm just hanging on now, but thankfully the rope i'm holding on to is pretty strong.





hmm... what else is new? on the home front, my tortoise is still missing (i hope not eaten already) and the lazy fat-ish sara's doing great.

as you can see...

and i'm recovering from a flu and sore throat. hopefully in time for bbq steamboat tomorrow!! i know i can't resist it if everyone's eating sizzled beef and you-know-what-you-put-in-there; while i can only go vegetarian... that, and i'm eating for free summore (on behalf of the mass comm society's fund). so of cos i must make full use of it lar. haha i'm still m'sian so... 'if it's free, eat more'.





i miss half-day trips. wanna go someplace... but it's a busy time for a lot of people now. and i can't think of anywhere as yet. there's still a lot i haven't really seen in penang.

no i'm not selling land

like the time we strolled campbell street (anyway i think it was there)... looking at pg from the eyes of a tourist. i mean, yes i'm born and lived here my whole life... but i've never actually walked the roads just taking in the sights. by car, plenty of times... but walked, never. so it was really fun.

i'm geting sleepy. it's lunchtime and i'm sleepy.

i have a sudden craving for choc pudding donuts (is that what it's called??) from dunkin's.

sending out subliminal messages: "buy for me buy for me buy for me laaaaa..."
