a.k.a. garbage picking . i went back to the same place a few days later and... it was just the same. no difference at all. in fact it was a lil' dirtier than before.
memo to ciggie users out there... pick up after yourselves!!! most of our garbage are fags (not faggot) and it's impossible to pick them all up. so... like they always say, PICK UP AFTER YOUR FAGS !!! *ahem* cigs... i mean.

yes!! they really should ban cigarattes in penang until smokers realise they SHOULD NOT throw cigarratte butts wherever and whenever. i seriously think penang is so dirty because of the smokers yang tidak bermoral.
