love actually
i seem to be bloggin alot dis hols. enjoy it while it lasts.. cos come sch n i'll prob be bloggin once 1 week only.
u noe, nowadays... we seem to be hit by dis syndrome i like 2 call coupling. i dun
mean sex... but most ppl seem 2 be going out in pairs now; holding hands, kissing, hugging... canoodling in cinemas... u noe, the like. not as if it hasn't been going on for centuries... milleniums even. guess it's part of growing up... more n more of my frens r going to the other side (not dat it's a bad thing), leaving me n the other "singles" acting nonchalant but still wondering wuts it like on the other side. i wudden noe, haven't been there. of cos, speakin from experience (now, i'm bein totally honest here aight) , havin a fren cross over to "the other side" (haha, enuff said) is almost like losing a fren. altho thet person trys to include u in their world or try to make it seem as ntg has changed... inevitably, things do change. it can't go back to how it seemed as b4 anymore. try as u migt, now there's the other half to consider... i wud jz be the "3rd person"; the lampost . besides... three's a crowd eh?
i also realize that yeah, i sound kinda bitter. but hey, wouldn't u be if u were jz pushed aside after yrs of friendship jz because...? nono.. not pushed away, but sometimes, i kinda feel left out. obliterated from their world.
i believe n continue to believe dat there's some1 for everyone. it's jz a matter of time b4 u find him/her. but i'm still mulling over the spinster/bachelor issue tho. having said that, dun u think dat we're jz made to reproduce (and yes, to praise God, but not in dis contex)...? i mean, all dis searching 4 love, dating, courting, impressing ppl.... doesn't it ultimately lead to reproduction? omgosh... am i stepping on taboo ground? cos God did say "Go forth and multiply" (my version, can't rmb the ori version) in the bible... . so...?
:children: kids: offspring: anak: babies: kin: spawn:
when all's said and done, i'm not too sure if i want kids in the further future. get married? sure. but kids r another thing altogether.
